Liz,

Whenever I attempted to paste the ISBN even if it was pristine and perfect,
my books were rejected for "wrong ISBN" on the submission form. I imagine
that others are having this same curse, and after submitting several books
like this, well. All I can say is GRooooowwwwlll! On Bookshare's part. As
I have never gotten a book with the ISBN listed to get submitted.

So I leave the thing blank and provide if I can get it to cooperate a clean
ISBN in the file for quick and easy pasting.

And thank goodness it is an option, I believe it was Pratick who said that
books before 1972 did not have ISBNs.

If a friend is in trouble, don't annoy him by asking if there is
anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it.
