do you want to scan or validate?
if you like scanning what program do you use?
If your scanning choose a smaller book to start with and then once
its finished read through it to see how the scan turned out.
There are archives here with advice for scanning under black belt
scanning and validater
Monica W and Mary R did some great post on what they suggest.
Monica recently did a black belt openbook post with suggestions
many of us use Kurzweil and it does great....
if your looking at scanning programs kurzweil `1000 is an excellent program.
if you want to proof read/ validate
What types of books do you enjoy?
When validating take books you enjoy reading and it makes it more fun.
