Hi Lori,
Yes, I did, and it records the date I checked out the book, July 24. So no one
has taken it. Since it is still on my checked out book page, it seemed
reasonable that I could release it and then get it that way. But the release
link doesn’t work. So I am very concerned that it may be lost in the system.
The notice that it had expired came from support, so I replied to it and got
one of those auto messages saying someone would contact me shortly. But so far
I have heard nothing.

I can top that. (smile) I just got a notice that my book had exppired,
informing me that I could renew it by getting it off the check-out queue, but
it ain’t there!! (smile) It is still on my my checked-out list, so I am
wondering where my book really is. I’m not done with it.

Hi Sue, I just had a similar problem I had books that needed renewing today,
but I didn't get a notice until yesterday. The renew link finally came up right
before they expired.
