#Well, it is back up there again with a hold for Gramma Cindy. If you did all the other proofreading chores and you still have your proofed copy you might want to download it again and give it another shot. Cindy is always there to do the especially difficult proofing jobs that no one else wants and considering that Madeleine called for a rescanning - which I decidedly do not want to do - this was judged to be an especially difficult proofing job. If you have done everything besides inserting the paragraph breaks, though, it might be less work for you than for Cindy. I doubt that she would mind your snatching it again even if it does have a hold for her. She might have something to say about that when she reads this post though. By the way, as I have mentioned, there are two other books from me up there that might have the same problem. I adjusted my Open Book settings according to instructions on this list as I was approaching the finish of the second one. Even so, I found some missing paragraph breaks in those last few pages that I scanned. I was thinking that the change in settings had no effect, but now I have started another one and I think it does not have that problem now. That may or may not have something to do with the change in settings though. After all, before The Ivory Dagger I was not having that problem and I can't think of anything I did to bring it on. Also, there has not been a lot of dialog in the one I have started now. Things may change when I reach the dialog. That seems to be where the problem cropped up most frequently.

I was the one who proofed the book that Bookshare didn’t like. I accidentally uploaded it before I was finished. I had started to put in the paragraph marks and I forgot to do the rest. It was going to take a long time just for that and I wasn’t sure about some other things in the file. It was my mistake and I am truly sorry.Shirley *From:* Roger Loran Bailey <mailto:rogerbailey81@xxxxxxx> *Sent:* Monday, October 28, 2013 8:33 PM *To:* bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Subject:* [bksvol-discuss] Re: OT? email address change #Just go to the list page at Free Lists - do a search for it there - and unsubscribe.
