A bug report was filed on Friday by our staff. Our engineers are looking into the issue and we'll keep you updated as they work on resolving it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems though, whatever the situation for various volunteers, it would be nice to hear from someone at Bookshare to acknowledge that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.

I am slowly making my way through a book I am scanning, but I have not
actually submitted one for some time now. So I don't know if that is
working or not. However, I am having no problem accessing any of the
volunteer pages. I have something of a ritual of checking several things
on Bookshare just before I go to bed every night. That includes looking
at the checkout list and at my scans in progress. I have had no problems
lately. I don't know why whatever is effecting the rest of you is not
effecting me.

Clarissa !
This is Kristin Mills again and I wanted to let you know and the rest of the team that I am experiencing the same issues with all of the volunteer tools. I tried using firefox and internet explorer this weekend and I have been getting the error of the requested page can not be found with all three of the tools of check out a book, my checked out books, and books in progress. Does anyone know when these areas will become available again because I'm sure others like myself need to renew or checkout books again? Since I don't scan any of the books, I have no idea if submitting a book is working and I do hope these issues can be solved soon. Hopefully this explaination helps all of you and that everyone is having a great day!
Thanks
Kristin

I posted to the list about this problem last week, and I also sent an
email to Bookshare Support. Just to make sure, I logged in to
Bookshare after receiving this from the discussion list, and I found I
was still seeing that "requested page cannot be found" message on all
of the volunteer links.

Hey Guys,
I just tried several times to go to My Scans in Process to check on a couple
of books I have out, and each time I get the following message:

The requested page "/cms/catalog-url%5D/bookQueueMySubmits" could not be
found.

Could anyone else see if there’s is working?
