Subject: [bksvol-discuss] My Duplicate e-Mails Solved!

I use Outlook's Rules to automatically send Bookshare mail to a
separate folder. I had two Bookshare list names in the rule separated by
"or". The rule looks for strings in the e-mail header. When it found both
the character strings "Bookshare" and "Bksvol" it returned the same e-mail
twice. I edited the rule to only match on bksvol-discuss and the duplicate
e-mails have gone away.
