Thank you, Mayrie! I reset the zoom and things appear normal again. Yes, I was
looking at the normal view. I use a high zoom so I don't miss any scannos (over
100). I have to shift the bar back and forth, but I don't mind. That helps me
slow down again, so I don't miss things.

Hi Tim,
I don't know if this will help you, as it appears you can see,
but, I'll give it a try. Sometimes, things don't appear properly unless I
go intothe view menu and set zoom to something like 75 percent. Maybe that
will help? Also, are you looking at "normal" view? Maybe something,
maybe not these things, in the "view" menu will fix what you are
seeing?

I hope I can explain this one. When proofing and I try to enlarge the font,
like for a section heading, the info at the top says it was changed, but what
I'm seeing on the monitor does not change size. What's wrong, other than
needing
a new computer? I'm using Word 2003.
