This is what Bookshare wrote to the proofreader: (look in the book's
history)
This scan contained about 29 missing Page Breaks. I am returning the book
for more editing by the Proofreader. To the Proofreader: please see my email
regarding the 78 point Font Size on page 1, and regarding reconnecting
hyphenated words when they are the very last word on a page. Page Breaks
were missing on pages 77, 125, 169, 105, 106, 122, 123, 128, 129, 136, 137,
143, 145, 148, 156, 156, 165, 166, 174, 175, 176, 192, 195, 203, 209, 210,
212, 214, and 215. Thank you for your efforts.
Gary, you don't need to do anything. The proofreader has it back in the
books in progress so he or she is working on it.
