You're both welcome, and to anyone else interested, the offset blocks of text
are causing no problems whatsoever. The chapter beginnings are the major issue
so far because of their odd typography, but the book hasn't got that many
chapters. I've scanned a substantial portion and have about 80 pages left.
Then the read through and a check that the notes are coming out ok.

Is one less for me to scan, as the old saying goes, Too many books too
little time, and I was doing it as a favor for Kerri, smile.

I know in my case there was a distant remote possibility I would get the
book about the same time.

My library just informed me that one of the books, Power to the People,
had
become available much sooner than I expected. I picked it up today and
will
be scanning it. It's something less than 372 pages and has footnotes. My
only serious concern is that the superscript numbers won't be as well
recognized as I hope. I'll submit as soon as I can.
