[bksvol-discuss] Minimal page breaks

The TXT file I'm working on has minimal page breaks, like 1 every chapter or
so, and no page numbers. Otherwise, it's fine. Should I try to stick in
more page breaks? Should I try to dummy up some page numbers, if I dummy up
page breaks?
I know Guido gets all excited about what a lack of page numbers does to
Daisy, but it's just fine for BRF.
