Hello all,
If there is no clear way to include page breaks in a book, I would highly
recommend that it be rejected rather than put back on step 1.

All,
I thought I'd try doing one of the .txt files but am giving up. I just
can't figure a way to handle all the missing page breaks.
If anyone else wants to work on this it is being released back into the
list.
