Wouldn't she know it though, Shannon?  I mean, first you have to fill out
that form and then Marissa contacts you..  She sends instructions so I do
not get this.  How could you be a volunteer status and not know it?  If it
sounds stupid, just consider the source.  <lol>

When you log in do you see the step one download link?
If so then you have already been given volunteer status and you can wade
right into the validating pool.
