Yes, Marion Chesney writes regency romances.  I enjoy her work very much.
It's lighthearted, with interesting characters and plenty of period
detail, but not so much that it swamps the story.  And it's not all silks
and lace; there's the occasional chamberpot and bad breath.
Her other pen-name is M.C. Beaton, of Hamish Macbeth and Agatha Raisin fame.
I think it would be great if Bookshare had some Marion Chesney books.
