Also, if one is using JAWS, one can press insert number row four. This
brings up a list of all sorts of non-standard symbols among them the enye.
There are others such as accented characters, inverted characters, bullits,
pounds, em dashes, subscripts, and fractions just to name a few.

Hold down the control key, hold down the shift key, then hit the tilde key,
then hit the 'n' key. An n with a tilde over it will appear in your Word
file.
I've attached a .doc file on how to create accentuation marks on a PC.
