I scanned BakeWise by Shirley O. Corriher. I started editing it before submission, but after about 10 Min. of working on it, my hard drive starts making strange noises. It is a rather large book, and I'm assuming that my laptop is feeling a bit overwhelmed. Is there someone who can take on this project? I know that many of the ingredient measurements didn't scan correctly, but, I think the rest scanned really well. I've been able to do things like standardize font, eliminate multiple blank lines and spaces, all page numbers are present and running headers are stripped. Chapter headings have been formatted, but the individual recipe headings have not been formatted. I have the print book that I can send, if you can't get it from your library.

Thanks,

Melissa
