It pays to take a look at them, though, Judy. If they're really in bad shape, reject them. But at one point, I believe, if the submitter didn't put in the quality rating the default was Fair, and it may be that the file actually is Excellent. I did find one like that once. I have three long books, one of which I have only 100 more pages to do, and two short books in my pile. When I finish them, if I don't get other requests in the meantime, I'll take a look at some of those Fair books.
