Yes, that is what I thought so that is why I released it. I thought someone
with equipment that sees fancy fonts coould do a better job, though I hope
they give it to the teens and their parents.

I suspect it was your computer did not see it, as it was quite there in
Kurzweil when I added the chapter headings. I suspect fancy font.

There doesn't seem to be a copyright, author and title page. It starts with
the second part of the title, gives the author, and tells it is from
Sourcebooks, Inc., Naperville, Illinois. I am going to release it because
that page has either disappeared or my font is wrong, and I don't yet know
enough about Word to know how to change that. It is in great shape and I
don't want to ruin it.
