Ah, the Jewish Proverb. At that poinnt I got "ancient Jewish Proverb" but
did not see any proverb. So it is either not there or my computer did not
see it.

It is on the third page, I believe, under the dedication and before the
Jewish proverb.

There doesn't seem to be a copyright, author and title page. It starts with
the second part of the title, gives the author, and tells it is from
Sourcebooks, Inc., Naperville, Illinois. I am going to release it because
that page has either disappeared or my font is wrong, and I don't yet know
enough about Word to know how to change that. It is in great shape and I
don't want to ruin it.
