Hi Cindy,

I don't know about the rest, but I usually go to bed now-a-days at around 1. I used to stay up later as it is a good quiet time of day to get things done, but it made it a bit hard getting up at 6, and unfortunately, I don't think I count as young anymore unless I plan on living well into my 100s.

Yes, Pam. I was going to ask what so many of you are
doing up so late. I'm on the West Coast and I don't
usually go to bed until one or two, but you all are in
the East or Middle West, or am I wrong? And do you
have to get up for school or work or family
obligations? But you're young and can get by, I
suppose, on little sleep, as I did in my college days.
