Hi. I'm curious about something, not complaining or anything. I've
seen several books that are being held for people that have not moved
from the step 1 page. What is the general policy for handling books
with holds? Are they generally left there indefinitely? I've seen
books for Amber, Sara, and Lissi. I think that Sara is off the list
for awhile with having her baby, and that's what brought the question
to mind.
