HI, Monica. I correct as I read, anyway, and it's become such an automatic
process for me that the hyphens won't bother me in the least. I don't
transfer the braille files over to my Braille Lite from Kurzweil but use a
CF card, but since the hyphens don't bother me, anyway, I don't see that as
a problem. I just heard that some people were complaining about them and did
see the good rating, so I didn't know what I was getting into with them, but
if that's the only problem, that's not a huge deal to me. Take care.

Hi, Julie. I have not validated the LaMour books, but I'm working on
some other books Anastasia has scanned for us. I've also read some of
the LaMour westerns she's done that have been added to the
collection. Since you are a Braille user, I know you may find things
that speech glosses over. When I read the books, I use Kurzweil and
do a find and replace where I look for a hyphen with a space after it
and replace it with nothing. That wipes out most of the trouble. I
don't know if Kurzweil can do this in brf files before you send them
to your Braille device. If it can, I'm sure you'll enjoy the
books. (smile)
