E the only thing I was worry about was people who don't use kurzweil or open book to read and I don't know if the victor reader skips blank pages or not.

Robert, I was afraid kurzweil would put in extra pagebreaks and it did. Donna, the submitter, and I, the validator tried everything we knew how to do to fix this issue. I am getting in touch with Stephen Baum about kurzweil version eleven putting in extra page breaks. All pages are there and it is an excellent scan. Short of not using kurzweil version eleven to validate I have no idea what to do here. The issue seems to have something to do with using version eleven along with Word XP. The combination of software seems to be the key to added page breaks. All I can say is I will keep checking into what is going on and will keep my copy of Kushiel's Dart in case it is necessary for future fixes. I am sure Donna will read this and similarly be interested in the results of our investigation. Again, many apologies. No real clue right now about what is happening.
