Go into settings and then into the "conversion options" settings. Make sure "split long pages is unchecked in all cases under all file types in both the "open" options" and the "save options. When you go through the conversion options settings it makes sense. Just try it and you will know what I mean. It's easy once you know it is the conversion options you need to be aware of in the settings. Hope this helps.
