Aw, shucks. Now I feel like I'm letting everyone down. I went to purchase that
copy of the book and noticed that the publisher was listed but wasn't Wizards
of the Coast. I sent a note to the seller to confirm that is was the book we're
looking for, and if it is I'll happily buy and scan it. In the meantime I put
in an ILL request at my library. The library of congress has a copy and i've
been able to get books from them before.

Sorry I jumped the gun, but hopefully we'll be able to get this in.
