Rui labeled them correctly. The books in the third list match the ones on
the Step 1 page. I also see a book I'm validating in the first list, and a
couple of books I've validated and uploaded in the second.

Actually I think it's step 1 list. I think the 3rd list was mislabeled.

The book Killobyte by Piers Anthony appears both in the Admin Queue and on
the list of books which are being validated. Of course it's possible that
the book could have been uploaded between the creation of the two lists, but
it probably means that someone's validating a duplicate. So if you're
currently validating Killobyte, then you'll probably want to see what shape
the one in the Admin Queue is in before going to the trouble of finishing
the validation.
