For Guido, or anyone else who may want to edit it, Killer's Wake by
Bernard
Cornwell is back up on the download page. I put the blank pages back in
so
now the pages come out ok. It has already been gone through for duplicate
pages, and there aren't any missing pages. I did some additional
cleaning,
but I'm sure there is always more that can be done.
