Well, no matter whether the staff says its ok to keep the ads and reviews, if
they're not extremely readable, please don't include them. We have enough
problems with junk in the actual text. Last thing we need is crap
at the beginning which isn't even part of the actual book. I know you're
looking for the word from staff. But I'm sure they're not going to say that you
must include all that stuff. And it would make no sense to keep it if
its not easily readable, since its not an actual part of the author's work and
is not included in the hard back version, if there is one.
