I thought of that and tried it, but it didn't work. I tried again after reading your message and with the same result. It says it made corrections but the blank pages are still there. ----- Original Message ----- From: Evan Reese To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2007 11:07 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: K1000 adding extra blank pages If the blank pages really don't have anything on them, such as hard returns or such, then you could do a search for two page breaks in a row and replace it with one. Use \p for the page break in K1000. Then you'd have to make sure that any real blank pages were preserved. Still, I bet that would be faster than removing the false ones by hand. If you have the original book, this would definitely be a time saver. I am going to read through the book, but it's annoying to have to delete each page individually. Any suggestions? Thanks. Steve if you're on this list, do you have any ideas why K1000 is doing this?
