It's o.k. to get rid of headers. I do a global replace
with nothing. If one doesn't go back to the beginning,
the title and such from the first pages don't get
removed, but it's always a good idea to double-check.

Often the garbled ones are repeated in their garbled
form--or a different garble shows up that has
duplicates. It saves work. smile
