I believe that was written by Cynthia Freeman. I read that a looooong time ago by my mom's reccommendation. From what I can recall of it, I liked it.

Well, I read a book several years ago and I thought it was by Janet Dailey, but didn't see it in the book list in the Calder Pride book that I have downloaded. The book was called Come Pour the Wine and I absolutely loved it, read it twice. Now I guess I have to find out who wrote it!
