Ok. This book is a doozy.
Mike's wife Lori, and Kathryn too, both found that
this book is part of the Gutenberg project and not
copyrighted in the US which may be why it has
absolutely no copyright page except for the
illustrations.
There is no dust jacket, no info on the back cover,
inside covers, etc. It has only what I pasted in
before.
Since it's already part of the Gutenberg project and
readily available (to everyone) free online, I am not
planning to continue scanning the book.
