I am not a JAWS User. Please forgive me if I make misstakes in my comments.

I would think this material for using JAWS would be available on the
download site for Freedom Scientific.
I would think the material is available in accessible form. So what
is the reason somebody had to scan it?
I would think we want material pertaining to recent versions of
JAWS. This seems kind of old.
