Hi all,

<smiling> Well, it's a good thing the book had a hold on it. I would never have gotten it back. I do hope that this gets fixed sometime soon. You know, we do have lives outside of Bookshare. In my case, I was busy all day Saturday with grocery shopping, rehearsal for a performance of Messiah, and then the performance; which went very well, BTW. We got an explosive standing O and even our picky conductor was pleased. Yesterday, I had seven people to dinner! Now I realize that you all don't need to know all the things that go into having seven people to dinner at your house, but suffice it to say, there was absolutely *no* way I was able to renew my book yesterday. I was cooking and cleaning and arranging and setting table and on and on and then having the company. By the time I got to my email this morning, the book was long gone. I've renewed it, but it would help in future if this item could be moved up in the priority list for the engineers, please.

Maybe if the renewal option could be available all the time, and the warnings could still be sent? Would that solve the problem?

Ann P.
