I'm not sure if anything has been mentioned here yet formally, but the
volunteer manual has new sections with instructions for proofreading in
Kurzweil and instructions for proofreading in Microsoft Word that may help
with a lot of questions. The instructions for Kurzweil were added earlier
this month, and the instructions for Word were just added at the end of this
week.
