Hi Gerald, <lol> Yeah, I do have a CC: field on my e-mail header and knew what it meant, so go figure. <lol> Sue ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gerald Hovas" <geraldhovas@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 7:55 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Incorrect rateing Sue, You know you're just asking for trouble when you make a statement like that <smile>. If you don't have a CC: field on your e-mail message before you send it out, then your question definitely isn't stupid. If you do have a CC: field then, well,... <SMILE> What does CC mean besides carbon copy? Nothing as far as I know. I think it's still a holdover from the days when you had to use carbon paper. In this case, Marissa was asking to be copied on the message or to have her e-mail address added to the CC: field before sending the message out. If you don't know what a CC: field is then you didn't read Cindy's reply. See, I told you that you were just asking for trouble <SMILE!> Gerald -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of siss52 Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 5:56 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Incorrect rateing I hate to sound so stupid but what does CC mean besides carbon copy? <smile> Sue S. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marissa Mika" <Marissa.M@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 12:13 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Incorrect rateing Hi. . . I just changed the rating to fair. Remember to CC me on these things if you can, so it can take high priority. It is labeled excellent, but it has at least three completely garbled sections that are nearly impossible to follow and one of these sections repeats itself. I have not finished reading it but at this point it should loose it's excellent rating. I just thought I would mention it. Shannon -- No virus found in this incoming message.
