Hi Evan,

Well, a bit more poking around and I found that Tor is an imprint of
Macmillan. I didn't think Macmillan had an agreement with BookShare, and the
latest list I can find indicates it's a "safe" publisher.
So, I don't know why we have PQ books from Tor, unless an imprint of a
publisher can have an agreement with BookShare, without the parent company
doing so.
Perhaps some insight from Madeleine?

Deborah

Thanks, Deborah, I had no idea. I've done several TOR books over the past
few years thinking that they hadn't signed.

Still, knowing that they actually have signed makes buying any TOR book more

of a gamble than I had thought. One can never know when they might start
sending in books. I really do want to read A Memory of Light as soon as it
comes out though. I'll need to consider....

Evan
