It might be a BSO.
I got a book from Bookshare as well a few months ago that was already in the
collection. I was told it should be a BSO.
I can't be certain that's what happened with yours though.

Hi everybody,
I am currently proofing Illusion by Paula Volsky, but I found it in the
collection. Should I reject the book? I am already almost 300 pages into
the book, and I am thinking that there was probably some good reason why
someone scanned it, but I do not want to finish it just to have it rejected
because it is already there. I will also contact the scanner.
