Hughes back into the validation pool.
The submitter is Deborah Stein (unfortunately no email addresses are
included), a name I don't recognize.
Can anyone here vouch for Deborah based on past validations that her
material submitted are scans?
I should have mentioned the above previously as that might help resolve
this easier.
