As I understand it, if your book doesn’t have an ISBN, then you leave it out.

Hi all,
Please remember that the ISBN on the book information page should match the
one in the book. No one should be getting ISBNs from other sources other than
the copyright page of the book. Scanners, be especially careful of this when
submitting your scan, and proofreaders, make sure to check for this when
checking in your book.
