Hi everyone,


I no long can subscribe anyone to this discussion list. Here's the note that I 
found when I logged in: While FreeLists used to provide list admins with a 
means of subscribing users manually, due to the 
CASL<https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/ecic-ceac.nsf/eng/gv00521.html>effective 
July 1, 2014, we can no longer safely offer this feature.

Subscribers must now take a more active role in the subscription process. 
Please direct them to your List Page 
here://www.freelists.org/list/bksvol-discuss
I'm sorry about this. Hopefully this means that people will stop getting 
randomly kicked off the list.
