can be cryptic messages when a book gets kicked back has been discussed here

No, it wasn't her.  It was someone named Paul Edwards.  It's in the comment
history I sent up, which hopefully you got by now.

If it was Gustavo, I understand that he is very busy, but if he had provided
more detailed information, other people wouldn't have to waste their time
trying to find what the problems are.  Not to mention all the time I have
wasted composing these messages, and the time of those reading and
responding to them.

Is the title missing, garbled, missing a capital letter?  Who knows.  Is the
copyright information missing, garbled, what.  Are we just supposed to
guess, revalidate the book and hope that the problem goes away?  If I am to
fix a problem, I need information.  The comment history provides precious
little.  Instead, I just get what looks like this boilerplate text.
