May,I really think it may be your security on your computer. You may have to drop one of your security up;programs, because they indeed can interfere with what the computer does. Perhaps, you can reset something in one of the security settings to allow you to submit the books.

If I were a betting woman--& I'm not--I hate losing money--I'd bet that this is probably a firewall issue & is easily remedied. Often the firewall blocks the transmission, but does not shift focus, so the screenreader doesn't read it to u. Try alt tabbing 2 c if there's any message coming up. If hubby doesn't change this 4 u I have free cell service on the weekend & could give u a call & try 2 help u work this out.
