I would suggest that there be an option or requirement when one releases or
rejects a book that the validator upload his copy. I have had books rejected
that had problems in the validator's copy that definitely were not there when I
submitted the book. Then a Bookshare admin could compare the released or
rejected copy to the submitted copy. As a bonus, any improvements would be kept
if releasing the copy.
