I often tell new volunteers to keep their submitted file, their print book,
or the validated file until they're sure the book has been accepted.
Personally, I have every validation I've done in a folder creatively called
"Completed Validations." Lol. I started keeping them in that folder because
it used to take Gustavo months or years to approve books. I just kept doing
it. Who knows? Maybe it'll be useful at some point. I don't access the files
at all but keep them backed up.
