Don't bother to put it in the file name. It should work if you put it in the title field. If it didn't I don't know why.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] How does one place a hold on a book for a specific proofreader?

Hello all,

I seem to be having difficulties placing holds on books I submit. I have
tried placing the "Hold for" tag in the filename of the file I submit, as
well as in the Title field of the form I fill out, but when I go to the
checkout screen, I see my book has been submitted, and the "Hold For" has
vanished. Is there some other way I should be adding the "Hold For"?

Also, related to this, I have just submitted "A Fair Young Phoenix." Please
save it for Julia proof. I thought I put the hold on it for her, but
apparently I did not.

Thanks!
Em
