Nan, I don't know how long it took you to get a response about volunteering,
but anyone can join the Bookshare volunteer mailing lists and in my experience,
it takes only hours, sometimes only minutes, to get an answer here.
If, when people sign up or go to the page to find out where to ask a
question, they were informed they could ask here, they are almost guaranteed of
getting a quick answer.
