Hmmm, well, in this case it would be starry-eared, wouldn't it? <smile>
I can't find it here, but I thought there was an option in most email programs where you can tell it to top post or bottom post. Mine does it automatically. I can't recall whether I set it that way or it was set that way by default.

What, Evan, are you trying to say that over use of that symbol makes
one a bit starry-eyed?

RE bottom posters.  I dislike this practice with a passion, a real
passion because it is truly an inconvenience for blind readers.  If you
think your program may be putting you at the bottom of your message,
beyond the three to ten screens of quoted material, then simply do a
ctrl-home, which puts your cursor at the top of the message and write
it there.  There's usually a way to solve a problem, in this case it is
simple, ctrl-home, then begin writing.
