Sorry, I haven't seen this error before.
My best suggestion is to send an e-mail to tech support.
I do this by going to Contacts and selecting Tech Support in the drop down box.

Hello, I tried to submit a book I've scanned called Preparation For The
Coming Of The Lord by Lance Lambert and after I filled out the forms for the
submitting process, except the ISBN since I couldn't find it in the book at
all, I received the following error.
Please Read
There was a problem processing your book submission. The administrator has
been notified. Please try again later.
What shall I do? Shall I give it to someone, a bookshare staff member or
something? This has happened twice today within an hour of me trying to submit
my book.
Is there a way to get rid of the error, rather than to repeat the whole
process over multiple times?
Please respond ASAP with some way to trouble shoot it.
