My other challenge is getting them uploaded using the Mac. I have access to a
Windows computer at work, but at home it is a mac.

To label a caption, simply put the word [caption] in front of the text of
the caption. Make sure to include the square brackets around the word
caption, but don't enclose the actual text of the caption in the brackets.

I am doing some books from the Images of America series, and they require
you to identify the caption from the text. Sometimes the caption is
identical to the text. So I am wondering how to handle these before I go
further into the books to edit before submitting for proofing.
