I wonder if the book should be rejected if you have to go through so much work.
The submitter obviously didn't understand what types of files are supposed to
be submitted to bookshare, and they are creating a lot of hassle for validators
by submitting in an incorrect format.
You should be able to recognize those TIF images with Kurzweil, but you
shouldn't have to do it.
